DOORS AND WINDOWS

Ever notice when a life door is shut, a window will open? The "window" below, received from my minister yesterday, let light into my heart again after three separate emotional doors had been literally slammed in the past two weeks. Rev. Beth had no knowledge of the turmoils in my life recently, her "window" just happened to arrive at the perfect time. I believe I will start the new week tomorrow with a new and more positive outlook. Thanks Rev. Beth.

Positive Attitude

Feeling down emotionally can impact me physically, and the result may be that I have little or no energy. And the opposite is true as well: Feeling up emotionally gives me a physical boost that refreshes me with new energy.

I keep my thoughts positive and myself refreshed. The faith I express in prayer is a powerful way to ensure that my thoughts and actions remain positive. So I think, speak, and act from an attitude that is founded on the understanding that the presence of God is within me and every circumstance.

I am refreshed and my perception sparkles with hope. I seize every opportunity to be a voice of encouragement to myself and others.

GROWING

Knowing why I am here is not what is most important. What is important is what I learn and how I grow throughout my life.

Growing is a long and difficult process. Growing is expansion by trial, error, and adversity. I have grown this past week. When I can talk about it, I'll probably Blog it here. But not tonight. Sometimes growing necessitates healing too.

INDIGO/INDIGO

Just before my pc crashed today for a "Fatal Application" (whatever that is!) I browsed upon a most interesting fellow blogger, name of Indigo Hat!!! The Fatal Application disconnected me from her, but I really would like to reconnect. Anyone know how to find her again?
