Country-style steak with dark brown gravy, scratch creamed potatoes with butter, green peas for potato hole, biscuits with trimmings.

Music Man Grandson is visiting me this week. I'm just about incapacitated with carpal tunnel and can not cook (can't type either!) and my good friend Denise came over and cooked supper for us. The menu was all the Grandson's favorite things. Not too bad for me either.

As things stand right now, don't know when I'll be able to post a blog again. Not UFN.
